Product: HP pavilion GAMING 17-cd0016ur

Hello! I purchased an HP pavilion GAMING 17-cd0016ur laptop (Serial number: [edited], Product number: 7GL59EA), and ran into a problem. The keyboard backlight turns off after 30 seconds if you do not touch it (timeout). I would like to disable the timeout so that the backlight works constantly. How to do it?


p.s. BIOS has been updated to the latest version, from the official website (there is NO ADVANCE tab). There are no utilities to control the keyboard backlight.

 

Sorry for my English, I have to write here because in the official support of HP Russia, they answered me: "use it like that"
