Product: HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec0017nq
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The power light started as red, normally, went white after a while again normally, and stayed connected the whole time. I was checking. 
It was connected in an expensive power strip with fail safes, current stabilization etc.

It was a FreeDos system and i had it turned off for the whole 24h, i installed  windows just now. Does that matter?

After i connected it though, and as im working on it, it seems to charge quite fast and smooth.

Am i missing something? Wasnt it supposed to turn on with a fully charged battery instead of 15%  after a 24h charge??
