Product: Omen 27i monitor

Can’t control the RGB lighting directly from the monitor menu screen. I’ve downloaded Omen command center and the monitor doesn’t show up. I don’t have a Omen desktop but the monitor doesn’t show up as recognized on the command center. Help. I just want to be able to change the led colors on the monitors.
