Product: 1MY13AA#ABB

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone !

I connect my Omen keyboard 1100 (1MY13AA#ABB) to my laptop and i have some issues with it:

1) Omen gaming hub doesn't see it.

2) Different layout compared to my laptop keyboard. Both are EN layout. Quite a lot of buttons are different.

3) Omen button doesn't work.

Windows is updated, gaming hub and HP service utility as well.

What should I do? Please help!!!
