I decided to make another attempt to fix my macro issue with my mouse. I followed the aprropiate links and HP did not recognize my serial number when prompted to put it in. Furthermore I was not able to locate a telephone number to call HP support. I typed the product name on the search bar and got taken to a page with the Omen mouse. All that was there was a downloadable instruction manual. No phone number for customer support either.

 

Not only have I received no more correspondance on my macro issue, but there are now several people in this thread posting the same problem. Yet still no response from HP acknowledging the issue./

 

I am disapointed with the customer serive as it is.  

 

Another official response is needed for the sake of me and all the others in this thread who have the same problem. Also if I can be given a phone number to contact customer suport it would be greatly appreciated.
