Pavilion Gaming Keyboard 800
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello all, I've been using the Pavilion Gaming Keyboard 800 for a few months now, and I'm beginning to notice that some LEDs (specifically the 'A', 'D', numpad '*' and  numpad '2' keys) have become extremely dim, and become dimmer as I increase the keyboard's brightness setting.

While I presume this is a hardware issue, I was wondering if anyone knows of a way of resetting the keyboard's firmware, maybe something's gone awry there.  I've heard that this can be done on some Corsair keyboards by holding the esc key as they're powered on.

I've tried to contact support about this, but having tried several times weeks apart, some problem occurs whenever I try to add my product to my account.  Maybe I'm not looking at the correct serial number, but I presume it's the number on the sticker under the keyboard, directly below the barcode.

Many thanks for any advice!
