Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi HP Community, My omen laptop showing a bit problem. The 4 zone RGB Keyboard show inaccuracy in color. When I newly buy this laptop, all the 4 zone show color correctly as in omen Light studio, Now, three of it show inaccuracy as when I set to white, the LED go yellowish. When I set to purple, the LED go pink. 

 

Please don't say that this is a software problem as I have try reinstalling omen studio and even reset my PC to reinstall windows.

 

What should I do? Does this cover in warranty?
