Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

 

I have bought an HP Omen 15 laptop from Amazon and I was informed that it comes with a free code to download Red Dead Redemption 2 as part of an ongoing offer. This was at the begining of last April, and I never received this code till today.

I called the HP support number and they told me that they are not responsible for this.

What a shame!!!!
