Reverb G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello HP community,

 

Today I have woken up to the surpirse that my Reverb G2 VR is not powering up anymore. I received it 1 week and a half ago and was working perfectly. Ive tryed every troubleshooting hint Ive seen.

The bricks light does not light up anymore when pluigged in to the USB-C, on the other hand when plugged in to USB-A adapter it lights up but still no power to the headset.

 

What should I do apart from contacting HP support? Are there any steps I can follow to troubleshoot further?
