Product: HP 250 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

Today I got my HP 250 G4. I switched it on with the power cable attached and it seemed to be working, after a bit of installing drivers, I noticed it was at 0% and was "02 minutes until fully charged". It has been on charge now since 10am, it is now 3pm here. Still no difference, if I need to I will buy a new battery. I have already reinstalled the battery driver and installed all updates. Any help appreciated!
