HP Recommended

Was seriously thinking of purchasing the above 15" laptop, but the over heating, battery drainage, and coil whine have me very concerned as well as HP's inability to address these issues publicly. Can anyone tell me if 2017 models still have these same issues? 

For those who purchased an x360 15" with issues, are you happy with the HP service and your laptop, or do you wish you had bought something else?
