HP Recommended

My latest SPECTRE x360 14  always drop or delay when I am using my Bluetooth keyboard or mouse. It does connect. But once I stop using either keyboard or mouse few just few seconds, it seem like go into energy saving mode. Which when I use them back there is a delay for around 1 to 2 sec. 

I am having latest Windows version 20H2. I have check on HP Support Assistant which all my drivers are up to date. My Bluetooth mouse and keyboard is well functioning. No problem on my previous laptop. 

Does anyone got same problem? I suspect it is the compatibility or unknown bugs of Intel 11the gen core with HP or Windows 10.
