Hello

 

i just bought an HP genuine CO06XL / E7U23AA LONG Life battery 2 for my Zbook 14,.

 

This 2nd battery  WILL NOT CHARGE when installed/attached to the laptop.

 

It will charge when removed from the laptop.

 

BIOS level boot and test of the batteries shows both are OK, but shows the new 2nd battery at 0% charge.

 

Please offer advice on how to  charge 2nd battery while its installed on the bottom of the laptop.
