Product: HP EliteBook 840 G1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
The laptop has a VGA port and DisplayPort. For the 2nd monitor, I have it connected through a DisplayPort to VGA adapter. When I go to display settings, there are three displays (including the built-in), but the monitor connected through the DisplayPort is greyed out.
I've tried extending the display, but it just sets it back to "Disconnect this display." I've also checked device manager, and under monitors, all three displays are there.
Can anyone help with this issue? It is greatly appreciated.
