HP G5 USB-C Dock
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I'm trying to get the HP Elitebook 850 G7 connected to the HP G5 USB-C Dock to run at 4k @ 60Hz but no matter what I do it only runs 4k @ 30hz. I've read the manuals for both, both say they support 4K @ 60Hz for a single display (I'm only using a single display). I've tried all the USB-C ports on the Elitebook and both of the DP ports and the HDMI port on the Dock. I've even tried getting 60Hz at a lower resolution but no luck with that either.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong, as they both support 4K @ 60hz, any suggestions would be greatly helpful.

Thanks,

Giles.
