Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi everyone,

I tried to upgrade the 6735s BIOS in several ways without success.
I have to, because this notebook has a backlight problem with new operating systems.
I made a bootable USB drive with the specific tool from the drivers and software download page;
nothing happens.
Made a HP_TOOLS partition with the files inside, nothing happens.
Changed boot to UEFI mode, nothing happens.

 

It just doesn't update the BIOS.
What am I doing wrong?

Can I have a step-by-step guide to update this notebook's BIOS?
