HP Recommended

So i have on demand and it works great. It keeps telling me there is a update so i updated... It switched from On demand to Express...

Now all my news and sports channels will not update or give me any news or sports results at all???

So i deleted and went back to On Demand... But every time i use it it tries to get me to update..  But i wont... Anyone else have this problem???  How did you fix???
