Product: HP EliteBook 830 G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

There is a TPM Update for several other Models available:

Treiber - HP EliteBook 830 G6 Notebook PC | HP® Kundensupport

Treiber - HP EliteBook x360 830 G5 Notebook-PC | HP® Kundensupport

Infineon TPM Firmware 7.85 for various chipset families.

 

But the link is missing for the 830 G5 Notebook. It comes with the same IFX TPM chip and the update works fine for the standard G5 model as well.

 

Why there is no download link for this update on the G5 download page?

 

As Windows 11 has stricter requirements for TPM 2.0 it might be  a good idea to have the latest TPM Firmware installed before upgrading.
