Hi


After installing sp82487 for patching for the intel me vulnerability, I get the message: "A7 me fw downgrade - request failed", when the laptop boots.

Is this normal?
Has the patch failed?
Any way to remove the message?

I've tried to post this as a carepack case, but HP's piece of **bleep** portal just give me "Your case could not be submitted, please submit your case again". 
So i'm trying here instead.
