Product: Envy 13
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to buy a hp envy 13 laptop with AMD Ryzen ™ 3 2300U processor. I would like to ask whether this processor would handle activities such as photo editing in Photoshop, a little programming in arduino / codeblocks and daily activities. As for the games, I do not think I will use it for this, rarely using it for games like Counter Strike / Fifa. Can I rely on this processor?  Whick processor from Intel can be compared?
