15t-da000
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

optane card does not show up as a block device while installing Linux. I want to wipe out windows and install Linux (open media vault) on the 15t-da000. I want to use the optane card as a normal nvme ssd and install linux on it.

I have disabled optane in intel RST and also disabled raid on it in bios. The optane nvme now shows up as a drive in windows after I formatted it.

Any help would be appreciated?

(Note: I have not been able to access the advanced option on my bios (insyde f.23 version) and cannot change any optane options in bios other than to remove raid.
