Product: Hp250 G1 notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The product here is hp 250 G1 notebook (Windows 10 64bit)

error message : Bad system config info 

Please I really need help I couldn't even reset the computer it was all saying error what should I do?
