Hey quick question for anyone who might be a little bit more in the know. I've currently got my laptop in about as many pieces as it will go in. Swapping out the normal keyboard for a backlit keyboard. My model laptop didnt come with a fingerprint scanner. But I noticed that the motherboard has the port for one. If I get the palmrest with the cut out for the fingerprint reader. And the reader and cable. Will I be able to get it to work as long as I download the correct drivers? Or would I have to turn something on in the bios settings as well?
