Product: HP zbook 15v G5

I use this notebook together with a hp docking station. Since a couple of weeks, the notebook does not detect the docking station (or vice versa, in the end, I'm not able to switch on the notebook using docking station). I requested HP for support. All given answers mentioned to have a look in the advanced BIOS options of the notebook and look for certain settings. However, it seems that's not possible. The notebook does not support any way of entering the advanced BIOS settings. So I'm feeling like HP is joking on me. Either I'm able to enter into the advanced option menu or I'm unable to follow the help instructions.

 

Any ideas or advices?
