Example: Pavilion 15-au628tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After Bios update and Windows 10 update, Nvidia graphics card is not getting detected. Hence Nvidia graphics driver stopped working.

Though intel graphics card is working fine.

 

All drives and firmware are updated till date.

Windows 10 64bit is updated till date.

i have checked the device mangaer for unknown and hidden device also but it not showing. And i am try to recognise gpu by nivida graphic finder then aslo it’s not detecting the gpu, the msg shown is “ no compatible hardware found”.

 

 

Please help.
