HP 241 g1 notebook

Hello, my keyboard on the detachable hp laptop stopped working, I have uninstalled it, reinstalled, and even bought a new keyboard but the touchpad or keys still didn’t work. I was able to use the laptop in tablet mode, however I decided to perform a factory reset to try and fix the keyboard. 

Following a reset I am now stuck on a blue screen requesting I press F1 to accept the changes. However, the keyboard (s) still don’t work so now I am stuck on this blue screen. I have turned off and on multiple times and even plugged a keyboard in the USB port, but still nothing. 

please help.
