Product: Example: HP 15-f272wm

I started my computer and it said I needed to do an update from HP.  I clicked on it the computer updated shutdown restarted then was just thin horizontal broken lines computer would not let me do anything it was frozen that way for a long time so I held the power button down until it shut off.  I waited a few minutes then tried to restart it the computer won't start the only thing it does is the light on the side where you plug in the power chord and the wifi button lights up it is one long blink and one short blink both blinks are a orange color.  I can not find anywhere what those mean I found other error codes but not mine.  I did the reset where I took out the battery unplugged chord held power button down for awhile then restart like hp website instructions but it didn't change anything.  Any help would be much appreciated Thank you
