Product: HP ENVY 13 LAPTOP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I had my HP ENVY 13 LAPTOP ah0xxx working with a monitor in extended mode and connected directly to the USB-C for more that a year with no problem. A couple of weeks ago I used it with a big monitor connected through a DELL Docking Station; it worked ok for about 4 day and then suddenly stopped working for no apparent reason. Run diagnostics and (as usual) no problem found, USB-C "working properly". Tried uninstalling it and installing it again updating driver, everything but nothing worked.
By the way, I have seen another post with the same problem, and using the same type of docking station (any correlation?)
Any ideas?
