Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello Everyone

I just received my Elitebook x360 1040 G8, with a FHD 14'', 1920 x 1080, antiglare, IPS display, 400 nits, ( No SureView)

The anti glare display looks very much grained and I get dizzy working with it.

(1) Does anybody know if I can remove the antiglare? Is it a coating which I can e.g. pull or wash away? Or is the display etched? I hope that by removing the antiglare, it would be more comfortable to work with.

(2) Are there any settings which I can change to make it look better? I already played around with gamma correction and display calibration and also ClearType. All this showed no real improvement.

According HW Information the display that is built in has the following data:

Manufacturer: BOE

DeviceNumber: BOE08A3

Size: 13.9 inch

Manufacturing Date: 2019

Gamma: 2.2

EDID Ver: 1.4
