I ordered a custom envy x360 on 10/19. It said the estimated ship date was 11/05, and the estimated delivery date was 11/11. It would give an estimated date for Gathering components, build custom units, and quality test and package. For weeks it would be:

Gathering components: Oct 21 Build custom units: (would change to whatever the current date was at the time) Quality test and package: Nov 11

It kept saying that even past nov 11. It is now Nov 19, and it says

Gathering components: Oct 21 Build custom units: —- Quality test and package: —-

And the estimated delivery day is still Nov 11 (8 days ago). What does this even mean? Now they can’t even give me dates for what’s happening, is the laptop even being built? The website said it would email you if a delay is expected, it’s been weeks and haven’t heard anything. Has anyone else ordered a laptop since October 21 and actually received it?
