Product: HP 360x 14
Operating System: Chrome OS

I have a app that won't close. Tried resetting chrome, tried task manager but nothing there seems to relate to the open app, turned off and rebooted but app windows remains. 

This Chromebook is only few months old, running on i3 processor, 64GB storage

Version 84.0.4147.10 (Official Build) dev (64-bit) is up to date
Turned off all extentions, rebooted but app window remains.
please respond if someone knows solution to [Personal Information Removed]
