Product: Zbook studio G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Since a few days, my headphones stopped working on this laptop.
I have confirmed that the headphones are good on another laptop and a phone so that is not the issue.
Windows recognizes the device as I plug them in, but it cannot use them as playback devices.
The volume mixer says the headphones are selected but not a single program is able to send a signal to the headphone.
I already tried all the HP support tools and also did some windows and BIOS updates, but none of them solved the issue.
Device: HP Zbook studio G3 with Windows 10 home 64-bit version 1909
