HP 255 G3 NOTEBOOK PC

Hi, I am using HP 255 G3 Notebook PC for last five years.But for the first time I am having an issue of Audio Driver.One day I just woke up and turn on the laptop and the sound was not coming out.I saw a red mark on the sound option and when I click in it its saying that "no headphones or speakers are plugged in".I was shocked that how. I did not reboot my computer or reinstall the windows. I saw all the tutoriols or solutions on YouTube but didnt work.I also updates the driver,reinstaaled the drivers and installed the other drivers but didnt work.I think that its sound card or other internal problem.But how I never fall down my laptop or something else. I am facing this problem for last one month please help me!!!
