Product: hp envy 360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I m trying to get rid of the audio from the desktop and trying to work on to reduce the sound but it is always on 100% audio and not getting out of desktop after clicking on it from the right bottom of the desktop. Not able to mute it also. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
