Probook 450 G1
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When playing a mp3 file on disk or listening something on streaming services like youtube, audio gets distorted/stutter at times. It occurs mainly when wifi being used. Same with builtin speakers and headphones.

Other problem is when connecting a bluetooth headset to laptop, after a short time laptop restarts with BSOD (minidump logs shows error with m76usb.sys which is Mediatek BT driver). I think both problems are linked to Mediatek Wifi/BT combo device or drivers. I suspect the Mediatek drivers culprit as they are very old from 2015. HP should help us get up to date drivers at least for Win10. Also wondering if we can use any newer alternative drivers on Win10.

Highly appreciate helps on these 2 problems.
