Product: HP Pavillion Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My notebook audio is working but its kind of low. I wanted to enhance the audio by turning ON the B&O Play but whenever I am trying to enable it or change anything on it, it doesn't let me click on anything. I cannot put check mark for any options available there. Neither I can change or adjust volume or anything in it. Have been having this issue for almost a month now. I need help to fix this issue. Please help ASAP. I am attaching few screenshots of the exact issue. Please check on it.
