Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I purchased my laptop almost 3 years ago (it was a customized order by the way), I had the B&O audio package in it.  Recently certain things got on my computer that I couldn't delete, so I backed up my personal files to an external hard drive and did a factory reset but in the middle of the reinstallation of Windows the computer cut off on it's own.  I turned the computer back on  to let the reinstallation resume but the computer got stuck in a loop never reinstalling windows.  After 2 weeks of trying to find solutions / or getting help, I finally got what I needed to fix that situation this past Saturday.  At the time I had the volume all the way down  and had no need for sound, so I paid it no mind, but that night I noticed I had no sound at all.  So I inquired about that and I got my sound back before the end of the next day, however I saw that the B&O settings were missing.  I inquired  about that too, but still haven't heard back about it.    So what can be done about it?
