Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, i have baught a laptop Hp 240 G6 two weeks ago. My problem is the battery. After one initial charge when the led went white, now the battery is charging but stop always at 99%, saying "99%, and charging" so it is not a ac adapter problem. I have run hp diagnostics just after power on, it says battery ok. Actually, the led when charging is always orange and never goes after 99% and so, no white led. Could anyone help me? I have tried also the "power off without battery 1 minute "method. Do you think i Should reinstall Windows 10?I have run a debloater process...Or it could be an hardware problem? The battery is good after charge for several hours...Thank you for your time and please forgive me my bad english!
