Has the exact error

Except I dont have a BCD.Backup.0001 file

Where do I find this tool "SDWinPEx64.ISO"?

I have logged a call with technical support but haven't got a response in more than 24 hours.  The tool is mentioned on the article

I have found another article called WinmagicInstructions that mentions

SDWmgRecovery.exe tool and SD WinPE ISO

Step 7 has the method of resolving the issue.

Where can I get these tools from?

Due to using the HP Drive Encryption (WinMagic)  recreating the MBR the normal way doesn't work due to the encryption
