Product: HP 250 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My notebook is not booting. It shows the blue screen with random error code everytime. After blue screen, screen goes black and Caps Lock Key blinks twice after ever 2/3 seconds.

Its not booting harddrive or USB not even Legecy/UEFI mode.

After looking on the internet, i found that maybe its due to the corrupt BIOS. Now i am unable to find a way for updating my BIOS version as the current bios version is F.18 and there is no option to update bios from USB or image.

My board id is 2211.

Is there any solution for this problem?
