I downloaded the sp95066.exe file at the link above and ran this BIOS update tool. The first window opens, I click "next" then a progress bar appears on my screen. The progress bar makes it to 100% then the window closes. I'm never presented with any other screens.

I need to get to the screen that asks me to install the BIOS update tool to a USB flash drive. But this program sp95066.exe  dies prematurely after I click the first "next".

I downloaded the same BIOS update tool, only one version older to see what would happen. Same thing. I click the first screen "next", then a progress bar appears, gets to 100%, then the install process stops and the window closes. I wait five minutes and nothing.

I am using Win10 64 bit HOME and that's what I selected when asked what system I'm using. Thank you.
