Product: OMEN by HP Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I wanted to update my BIOS from version F.19 to version F.56 Rev.A. I looked for my product number and my serial number at the website for "HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads". Then I downloaded the BIOS update and started it, but can't choose the option to update as "This BIOS update is not compatible with this device.". How can I update my BIOS then? How can I find the correct version?
