Product: SPECTRE X360 convertible 13aw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hp spectre convertible x 360 aw is running on BIOS version F.13

Though HP support assistant app does not show any updates, there is a BIOS update to F.15 listed on HP support website.

Is it necessary to proceed to this update?

Is it safe? Are there any issues with this upgrade?

I have heating issue of the laptop since 1 month and battery drain seems faster too. No new softwares added. Task manager startup also has been optimized. Only a few  Intel updates were recived  in the past month via windows update and automatically downlaoded. Will BIOS update help?

Kindly advise.
