Product: HP Pavilion Power Laptop 15-cb0xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, my HP Pavilion Power Laptop 15-cb0xx is currently on bios version F. 10. when I tried to update my bios in the latest bios version, it says " unable to open BIOS image file". please help me.
