Already the first line scares me.

My laptop is old enough (2013) and the BIOS on it has never been updated. It seems that the error does not affect the operation of the equipment, but still it is not very good. How long ago this error appeared I do not know. Will updating the BIOS help me and is it safe to do so?

P.S.: I have windows on my laptop too
