Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been updating the drivers for my system. And I installed a few drivers on my laptop and then restarted windows.

Now when I am restarting the laptop, screen goes to blue background and showing the error message

"Your PC ran into a problem and needs a restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you."

I thought it's going to restart fine after this, but this screens keeps popping in the loop for an hour now.

I even tried accessing Recovery Mode in windows but couldn't, as it keeps hanging on ERROR MESSAGE BLUE SCREEN and then restarts again.

Error message image : STOP CODE: SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED

                                      WHAT FAILED : APPLEUSBVHCI.sys

As I haven't backed up the important data on my system so I tried below methods :

I have  tried method(repeatedly turn your device off 3 times) to access automatic recovery mode and then go to  safe which was also not working as it automatically exits the windows RE mode and restarts again on  BSOD Error.

After this I tried to resolve this using Custom Install windows 10, thought that this is going to help to recover data in windows.old folder, so I performed below steps :

1. I downloaded media creation tool in a working PC.

2. Installed this tool.

3. Created the Windows installation media in pen-drive of size 32GB in PC.

4. Then inserted this media into my HP laptop which was not working.

5. power on -> clicked to esc to enter into BIOS -> clicked f9 to enter bios device options -> Select boot from USB Drive-Sandisk.

6. Followed instructions on screen to install windows in primary C drive
7. After waiting for around 4hours 30mins laptop restarted Successfully, And it was asking to login, but when I tried to logged in it said password is incorrect, though it was correct, than I tried to select login from microsoft account but here also it was showing that the password is incorrect.
So I restarted it again.

And guess what happened next on restarting, it started giving me a error message that " the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows  installation cannot  proceed. To install windows click OK to restart the computer and then restart the installation"
So now when I select Ok and again the same message, now while solving the BSOD error loop now I am stuck in this new error loop, after doing this process of custom install for 5-6 hours.
Custom install :  I don't know why this above method failed but it did. Maybe the steps I performed were wrong or something else led to  Custom installation failure.

I am very confused now, some articles on internet says "CLEAN INSTALL" some says "CUSTOM INSTALL" some says "RESET this PC".

And I have no Idea what to do next to get back my laptop on windows 10, with preserved data files.
Please help.
