Hello,

I'm running into a periodic BSOD every few hours after recently installing performing a Windows update which included the "Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - MTD - 5/4/2017 12:00:00 AM - 10.0.14393.21296"
"Intel Corporation - Display - 2/28/2018 12:00:00 AM - 23.20.16.4973"

and

"Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - MEDIA - 9/26/2017 12:00:00 AM - 6.0.1.8261"

drivers.

I didn't have an established restore point and restarts didn't fix the issue (A periodic BSOD every few hours that includes the following error message details: KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLE What failed: rtux64w10.sys) so I've since uninstalled these updates.

Unfortunately the BSOD still continues to occur and since doing so likewise my mute button light display doesn't indicate whether it's in operation or not (when in operation it displays red, when not it matches the white backlighting of the whole keyboard, at current it never displays red; however the mute function is operating properly).

Lastly while investigating I noticed a PCI Device in my device manager says it is not installed and has no compatible drivers on the computer. All automatic update requests result in no available drivers. I looked through the HP recommended drivers for my computer but I wanted to check here before I proceeded.

I'm looking to solve my issues in this priority:
1) eliminate the BSOD

2) repair my mute button (with or without new driver updates)

3) install the PCI Device with the appropriate driver

Any help is appreciated.
