Product: HP Pavilion x360 Convertible

My backlit keyboard was working perfectly fine a couple of days ago. Then suddenly, it wouldn't turn on anymore. The other small lights on the keyboard, such as the mute button and the caps lock button still work if I click on them. It is the keyboard that will not light up anymore. I have tried to go into BIOS and change the key function to FN + f5, but that did not work. I updated Windows 10 and BIOS. Nothing has worked. Is the backlight not working a system problem or a physical problem? I really liked the backlight keyboard and not having it work sucks.
