Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there folks, I have a question which I should have ask for along time ago concerning my webcam quality. The display Quality on my notebook webcam are very bad I must say, It is very blurry like a really old version (not even close to High quality video). I have try many ways based on my searching it still not working. I check my laptop model spec on hp support page and it shows that my webcam should be HP WIDE VISION HD CAMERA. then why are my webcam so bad?? btw I still have 6 months warranty. Hope you guys can help me. Thanks
