Product: Mini 311-1037NR
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I have an old Mini 311 that I was going to clean up and give to a relative for web browsing.

 

The battery is not charging.  When I hold the mouse over the battery icon it says, "0% available (plugged in, not charging)".  This is the second battery for this Mini 311.

 

Before I potentially waste money purchasing another replacement battery, is there a way to test the operation of the battery charging circuit to make sure it is working correctly?
